Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Offers comprehensive services to individuals who are diagnosed with mental illness and whose needs have not been well met by more traditional service delivery approaches. Provides treatment, rehabilitation, case management, and support services via a mobile, multi-disciplinary mental health treatment team using a highly individualized approach.
