Coordinates with the Albany City Police to offer families in need a baby car or booster seats as well as instructions on how to intall in the vehicle.

Eligibility
Individuals and families who need a car seat and/or need assistance having their car seat installed properly and must receive benefits/services from the Albany County Department of Social Services or WIC
