Community Residences
Offers assistance in adjusting to a chemically abstinent lifestyle by providing a supportive, supervised environment, and encouragement to maintain involvement in appropriate treatment and recovery fellowships. Provides services in 3 community residentces; 1 male resident and 2 residences for women and women with children.
Program Information
Eligibility
Individuals 18 years of age and older who have:
- diagnosis of chemical and-or substance dependence
- abstinence from alcohol and mood altering drugs and inability to abstain without care in a structured supportive setting
- person has completed a course of treatment at a higher level of care
