The Columbia County Department of Health’s Emergency Preparedness Division, in collaboration with the Columbia County Office of Emergency Management, is responsible for the planning, response, mitigation, and recovery to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive incident, as well as an all hazard natural disaster.
