Facilitated Enrollment Program

The Columbia-Greene Facilitated Enrollment Program provides outreach throughout Columbia and Greene counties to individuals and families in need of affordable health insurance. Enrollment counselors can help with with eligibility screenings and, when eligible, assist with the application process for Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus and Medicaid.
