Fidelis Care at Home

Fedelis Care at Home is a managed long term care plan for persons with chronic illness or disability who require health and long term care and who might otherwise be in need of nursing home level of care. CV Pass Allows family members (not spouse or parent) to receive financial compensation for providing care for loved ones.
