Fulton County Office for Aging and Youth
The Fulton County Office for Aging is the designated area agency on aging for Fulton County. This office provides advocacy, nutrition, transportation, non-Medicaid home care, health insurance counseling, case management, Home Energy Assistance Program application assistance as the alternate certifier, caregiver services, community education and is the link and partner in NY Connects.
