Government Consumer Protection Agencies
Assists consumers who have been wronged by a business, through mediation to resolve disputes and assists residents in locating the government agencies that can best address their problems, and referring complaints to the right agency. Consumers are encouraged to try to resolve the dispute with the company or individual before filing a complaint.
