Provides one or two balanced meals delivered to the homebound, including anyone age 60 years or older.

Eligibility
Individuals who are homebound and/or age 60 years and older who are:
* Incapacitated due to accident, illness, or frailty
* Lacks the support of family, friends, or neighbors
* Unable to prepare meals because of lack/inadequacy of facilities, or inability to shop, cook or prepare meals safely, or lack knowledge or skill
