Application Process
Must register with the District Registrar
Required Documentation
Proof of residency, child's birth certificate, proof of child's immunizations, previous school address and phone numbers, proof of custody (for non-parent or guardian situations), most recent Individual Education Plan (IEP) or 504 Plan (if applicable)
