OPWDD Housing Subsidy Program
Assists adults with developmental disabilities who wish to live independently by providing funds to pay for housing costs.
Program Information
Eligibility
Individuals must be at least 18 years old and live independently in the community;
- individuals must be eligible to receive OPWDD service coordination services;
- individuals must be living in the community in a non-certified residence alone, with a spouse (significant other) or roommate(s), as the head of household with dependent children, or with a live-in caregiver;
- the individual may not live with family or others as a dependent
