Provides learning, employment, assistance, and partnership programs to assist Washington County residents in meeting their daily needs. Services include Head Start/Early Head Start programs for children ages 5 and under, pregnant mothers, employment counseling for youth and adults, emergency food pantry, transportation, community garden, and emergency assistance.
