St. Paul’s Center
St. Paul's Center is a homeless housing provider serving mothers and their children in Rensselaer County and unhoused seniors, age 55+ in Albany County. SPC provides tools that empower independent living of those experiencing housing insecurity, using a model that incorporates empathy and honors self-determination.

Eligibility
Unhoused families must first go to Rensselaer Co. DSS for placement into shelters. For unhoused seniors age 55+, housing applications are submitted to HATAS.
