The Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP) provides comprehensive assessment, case management, and in-home services for functionally impaired persons 60 years of age or older in Schenectady County. Housekeepers, homemakers, Personal Emergency Response System (PERS), and social adult day services are included. Services limited to 2-8 hours a week.
