EPIC (Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage)

A cost sharing prescription plan for senior citizens who need help paying for their prescriptions. The deductions are based on yearly incomes, seniors with moderate incomes pay a low quarterly fee, and participate in the Fee Plan and seniors with higher incomes meet an annual deductible, and participate in the Deductible Plan.

The program is designed to help individuals with low vision carry out day-to-day activities. Independent/Adaptive Living services may include: orientation and mobility services, rehabilitation teaching, low vision services and devices, social casework adjustment counseling, and adaptive equipment.
