24-Hour Telephone Evaluation

Provides a 24-hour telephone evaluation service for individuals, family members and friends of those with mental illness. Services include evaluation if an individual is suicidal, homicidal, or at risk to harm themselves or others. This is an evaluation service, not a helpline or support chat line.

Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Provides wrap around services to individuals who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. Services include service planning and coordination, housing supports, money management, family education, substance abuse treatment, vocational support, mental and physical health treatment, and community referrals to offer support, rehabilitation, and treatment within the community.
