The Children with Special Healthcare Needs program is a referral linkage program to provide assistance to families for children birth to 21 years old who have serious, chornic, physical, developmental, behavioral, medical or emotional conditions.
Assists with accessing health and non-health care services. Helps with obtaining insurance, educational resources, social program assistance, and medical equipment.
Provides specialized meditation for disputes that include students with disabilities, parents/guardians of children who are receiving early childhood intervention services, agricultural mediation, and conflict coaching to assist individuals with one-on-one strategizing for conflict resolution.
Provides services to children from birth to age 5 with developmental delays or disabilities. Services include speech, physical, and occupational therapies.
Serves as a special education facility serving residential and day students with serious emotional and behavioral disorders.
Provides workforce workshops that include transition services, parent-student IEP advocacy, post-secondary exploration, work readiness skills, self-advocacy skills, volunteer opportunities, and job exploration for youth from 14 to 21 years of age.
