The Preschool Special Education Program serves children ages 3 to 5 who are physically, mentally or developmentally disabled, and who are approved by their local school district’s Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE). The county contracts with and pays all preschool providers and sits in on the CPSE meetings.
