Provides supplemental instruction for students who are having difficulty with their coursework or who want to get more out of their regular educational program.
Provides referrals to help children with serious emotional disturbances by supporting families connect, and link with community resources, to prevent out-of-home placements by providing case management support to families.
Engages young adults to work through challenges they face living with a disability, mental health or substance abuse disorder with peers who have struggled with similar experiences.
Provides services for youth at high risk of out-of-home placement who will benefit from service coordination. A family worker provides support, linkage to service, advocacy, and direct care to services such as transportation, tutoring, and role-modeling.
Assists families in reducing children’s risk of foster care placement and provide supports necessary to reunify or develop an alternate permanency plan for children when out of home placement becomes necessary.
