Albany Neighborhood Naturally Occurring Retirement Community (NNORC)

Assists older adults 60 years old and over with services and resources to help them maintain the quality of life and independence that they have. Referrals may include health and wellness services, social enrichment activities, advocacy, case management, and home visits.

Living Well Senior Program

Provides a variety of programs designed to provide support and socialization opportunities for seniors living independently. Programs include health and wellness workshops and speakers, one-on-one counseling and advocacy, caregiver supports, lifeline, housecleaning, and field trips. Socialization based groups include quilting, walking, computer classes, grief and loss groups. Provides food delivery to residents of Mechanicville Public Housing.

Family Development Program

Provides supports and raising awareness for community families through one-on-one advocacy, and support, goal setting, budget development and individual attention as well as larger community presentations, increased access to services, and referrals to appropriate community resources.

Family Resource and Neighborhood Center (FNRC)

Offers a variety of health screenings that are offered to neighborhood residents throughout the year as well as classes such as Tai Chi and Yoga. Offers case management services as well as adult education classes such as computer instruction, financial literacy and resume preparation and presentation.
