Offers an in-home support program to promote healthy families and assists parents with improving their parenting skills and increasing family support and strength. Services are provided until the child enters Kindergarten at the age of 5.

Services include home visits, breastfeeding support, family planning, child immunizations, parenting and child development education, and connections to resources like daycare programs, doctors and dentists, transportation assistance, public assistance programs (including WIC), and lead testing services.
