Culture Arts Recreation and Education (CARE)

Expanded In Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP)

EISEP (Expanded In Home services for the Elderly Program) provides non-medical in-home services to elderly persons who have one or more disabling conditions which prevent them from performing activities of daily living. Services provided include case management, homemaker-personal care, housekeeper/chore, non-institutional respite, and ancillary services.

The Expanded In Home Service for the Elderly Program (EISEP) assists the elderly in the activities of daily living so a client can remain at home and independent. It provides in-home care, including housekeeping chores and personal care.

Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP)

Provides assistance to help older adults remain in their homes. Case managers coordinate services, which can include aide service for light housekeeping and personal care, a personal emergency response system, and respite.

Facilitated Enrollment Program

Provides application assistance for Medicaid programs to help blind and/or disabled individuals and seniors through the Department of Social Services. Staff can accomodate individuals with a home visit or meet at a preferred location.
