Offers residential habilitation, day habilitation, service coordination, and respite services to people with developmental disabilities.
Provides an adult day care respite center and in-home care program. Respite services include supervised social activities computer lessons, presentations, lunch, showering assist, and laundry assistance. In-home care services include social companionship, housekeeping, help with errands and doctor’s appointments, and medication reminders. Also, provides non-emergency medical transportation.
Provides non-medical services for with a temporary or permanent disability, elderly and non-driving persons, such as essential shopping with or for a client, respite time for family caregivers, and yard work.
Provides in-home health care by providing companions, aides and nurses 2 to 24 hours a day to assist individuals with their independence. Services include companionship, light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, medication management, nursing treatments, respite, and treatments such as wound care, and IV therapy.
The Long-Term Home Health Program provides home health care services that promote the patient’s quality of life by providing those services in the most appropriate home care program, including adult in-home respite care, and home delivered meals.
