**DUE TO COVID-19, PROGRAM IS CURRENTLY ON HOLD – TENTATIVELY UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2021 ** The Thomas Sports Group has a Basketball League for teenagers Monday evenings.
Identifies youth who have been or are at risk of being trafficked or sexually exploited and connecting them to services. Offers training to local agencies and health care providers on how to recognize signs of youth trafficking.
Provides assessments and evaluations for youth entering foster care.
Provides case management services to children with serious mental disturbance or chronic health conditions to assist them in staying healthy, out of the emergency room, and out of the hospital.
Works cooperatively with the local community to coordinate, plan, and provide programs and services that enhance and develop the lives of the young people in the community. Double H Ranch Adaptive Winter Sports Program offers children alpine, nordic ski lessons and snowboarding and snowshoeing lessons on site. Double H has its own lodge, chairlift and two trails to enjoy. The necessary equipment is also provided.
Provides Head Start and child care opportunities for children ages 6 months to 5 years.
