Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)
Provides a discount on monthly broadband bills for qualifying low-income households. Assistance includes up to a $30/month discount on internet service ($75/month if household is on qualifying Tribal lands) and a one-time discount of up to $100 for a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer.
Program Information
Eligibility
Household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines or if any member of the household:
- Participates in SNAP, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), WIC, Lifeline, Federal Public Housing Assistance, National School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program, or Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
- Participates in one of several Tribal specific programs: Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Tribal Head Start (only households meeting the relevant income qualifying standard), Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (Tribal TANF), Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations
