Chasing Health is dedicated to providing affordable or free medical services to underserved populations. Our aim is to improve the overall health and well-being of individuals, especially those with limited access to healthcare due to financial constraints, geographical barriers, or social inequities. our services include preventative screenings, health education and coaching, and outreach programs with a focus on promoting healthy living, early detection and equitable care for all members of the community.

Eligibility
We serve people from age 18 years up. Our population are mostly from the black and brown community who lack access to health care. As well as those who are marginalized and lack the financial resources to seek care.
