Our services provided through Healthy Families of Montgomery and Schoharie Counties, are home-based, and are designed to support expectant families and parents in making a healthy home as they experience pregnancy and anticipate the birth of a new child.

Must be pregnant or have a partner who is pregnant, or a child aged 3 months and younger.
Must reside in Montgomery or Schoharie Counties
