Information and Referral

SAIL provides information and referral services for individuals with disabilities, family members, and other interested parties. The center staff is exceptionally knowledgeable concerning community-based services and supports, including supports available through local, state, and federal agencies. Linkage and referral is provided on a person-to-person basis as requested. Specific information available on Traumatic Brain injuries.

Lead Poisoning Prevention

The lead poisoning prevention program works to educate and inform the public on the dangers of lead poisoning and provides a comprehensive program to children with elevated lead levels. Lead screening is available at all Montgomery County Public Health clinics.

Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA)

Provides information and support, clinical research, and medical equipment for individuals with muscular dystrophy, ALS, and other muscle-debilitating diseases. Offers summer camps for children, a peer support network and equipment resources.

New York State Homeowner Assistance Fund (NYS HAF)
