Provides counseling, supervision, and instruction in skills necessary for adults with mental health diagnoses to live independently through individualized service planning, on-site visitation, on-call service, social/recreational activities, and case coordination.
Provides mental health counseling to individuals ages 5 years and older. Therapists are students in the Clinical and Counseling Psychology Doctoral Programs. Student therapists are supervised by Licensed Psychologists who are faculty and staff of the program.

Provides assistance to students, families and school districts to evaluate and assist in making recommendations for developing and implementing effective transition services to meet student needs.
Assists individuals with coordination needs such as goal setting, health promotion, transitional care, referrals to community and social supports and patient and family supports, and advocacy.
Provides a centralized intake process for referrals for high-intensity mental health services for children and adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and whose illness interferes with their ability to function. Services include case management to assist individuals with serious mental illness to obtain needed medical, social, psychosocial, educational, financial, and vocational services.
Provides access to intensive community based health home care management, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), and/or housing services (both residential and case management) for adults with severe mental illness.
Provides information and referrals which focus on children who are at risk of placement outside the home due to a mental health disorder, on existing services and identifies needed supports in order for these children to live successfully within the community.
Provides a variety of support groups in-person and remotely for individuals of all ages.
