Adult Residential Placement

Advocacy and Case Management

Provides rapid housing placement to homeless individuals and eviction prevention services to at-risk individuals. Offers service coordination to individuals with mental health and substance abuse with severe, persistent, and untreated mental illnesses. Provides assessments and intakes to secure mental health treatment and other services to assist in maintaining permanent housing.
