Alzheimer’s/Dementia

Wesley Health Care Center has committed one of our units to residents in the two earlier stages of chronic dementia. By providing a therapeutic environment to sustain a resident with a dementia diagnosis, these folks benefit from proactive programming designed to keep them stimulated and alert through all aspects of life as their ability allows.

Anti-Traffiking Assistance

Identifies youth who have been or are at risk of being trafficked or sexually exploited and connecting them to services. Offers training to local agencies and health care providers on how to recognize signs of youth trafficking.
