Visting Nurses Home Care provides home health aides. Services include private duty home health aides, personal care aides, LPN and RN’s, including homemaker assistance and companion services. Medicaid personal care programs and EISEP.

Coordinates volunteer tutors with ESL students who want to increase the duration and intensity of theirlanguage learning opportunities by providing 30 minutes a week over the phone for practice.
Provides trained peer mentors to meet with any veteran who needs to talk about his or her concerns or refer veterans to local services as needed.
