Continuing Day Treatment Services (CDT)

St. Mary’s Continuing Day Treatment Services (CDT) is an intensive, therapeutic, 5-day-a-week program for persons recovering from mental illness. The program is integrated with inpatient services: it helps prevent and-or reduce hospital length of stay and aids transition back to the community. CDT is located on the third floor of St. Mary’s Hospital.

Forensic Services

Forensic Services provides a Forensic Coordinator, Staff Psychiatrist and a Discharge Planner for the Rensselaer County Jail. The functions of this program include crisis management, diagnostic evaluation, linkage to social services, comprehensive treatment planning, individual and group counseling, referral and aftercare planning.
