The BOCES Adult Education program provides classes and home study options for adult students wanting to improve their literacy skills and/or prepare for the GED exam.
Offers learning opportunities in small group classes, hands-on learning, and multi-media experiences onsite, online, and in the community. Courses are offered in topics including: work-related skills, the arts, finances, interpersonal skills, literacy, and wellness skills.
Assists in identifying appropriate services, linkage and referral to recovery-oriented services and other services in accordance with goals identified by the recipient in a written case management plan.
Adult Medical Day Care Program provides adult day care and respite services. St. Mary’s Adult Day Care is offered at the Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus.
Provides services to assist adults age 18 or older who, because of physical or mental impairments, can no longer provide for their basic needs for food, clothing, shelter or medical care, or protect themselves from neglect, abuse or hazardous situations, and have no one willing and/or able to help in a responsible manner.
A state-mandated service provided by every county with the goal of keeping vulnerable adults safely residing in the community or in the least restrictive alternative. It involves intake, investigation, and assessment of referrals of abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation of qualifying vulnerable adults.
